We know how valuable your time is, and we want to help you navigate through our website with ease. In this guide, we’ll walk you through the complete shopping process.
01.Choose & Customize Your Doll

02.Checkout & Payment
View your cart and checkout. Enter your address details and contact details. Please enter your real name and mobile phone number so that the courier can contact you.
Choose the payment method that works best for you. If you choose PayPal, you can also use a credit or debit card (no PayPal account is required). You will be redirected to a new window to pay, don’t worry, it’s safe.
03.Order Confirmation
You will receive an email with all the order details. Please check all details and shipping information. If you would like to modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours.
**If you do not receive our order confirmation, please check your spam folder and make sure your mailbox does not block us (support@daydolls.com).
04.Manufacturing Starts
If you choose in-stock dolls, we will ship the dolls for you within 1-2 business days.
It usually takes 2-3 workdays to make a doll head and 3-6 workdays to make a doll. But depending on the material and customization requirements, it may take less or longer. In some cases, we can expedite production for you as needed.
**Production time may be delayed during the holiday (The New Year Holiday, Christmas Day, The National Day, The Chinese Spring Festival, etc.).Please contact us for an estimated time if necessary.
05.Doll is Ready
We will send you the factory photos of the product by email. Please confirm that all the details look correct. Please keep us informed timely if there are any discrepancies and we will make changes before the product is packed or shipped. If the package has already been shipped, we will not be able to make changes.
We do not provide factory photos for our in-stock dolls as they are already packaged and stored in our warehouse. Retrieving them for photography purposes can be a complex process and may damage the packaging of the doll. If you would like to see actual photos of the item you ordered, please contact us after placing an order, we will send you factory photos for dolls with the same configuration.
06.Shipping
We usually ship dolls with Fedex , UPS or USPS. In addition to the official websites of various logistics companies, you can also check the logistics status on the 17TRACK website (https://www.17track.net).
If you need to pick up at the FedEx/UPS/USPS Center, please let us know before shipment so that we can change the shipping address.
The shipping time depends on your location. The logistics information queried through tracking number often has a slight delay. Please be patient and stay in touch with us.
07.Delivery & Checking
Please keep an eye on the tracking number and wait for it to be delivered to your home.
If the outer box of the package is damaged, please take a video or photos of the shipping label and the outer box before unpacking. A video should also be taken when unpacking to prove that your doll was damaged in transit (in a rare case).
We will offer different options depending on the degree of damage: provide a effective repair plan, send a replacement or compensation, partial refund or refund. Please rest assured that we will be responsible for any damage caused during transportation and provide you with a satisfactory solution.
